About Me
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I meet clients wherever they are in their lives, and always consider their strengths just as much as their difficulties. My therapeutic style blends a cognitive-behavioral approach of identifying and changing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, along with mindfulness and acceptance of one's self.
Originally from California, I have a BA in Psychology from Stanford University and a MSW (Master's in Social Welfare) from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). I have over 15 years of experience providing individual, couples, crisis, and group therapy.
As someone who firmly believes in maintaining a work-life balance (and practicing what I preach), I regularly practice yoga and meditation, and enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling.
